Fall Festival

Sat. September 18^th, 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

The Fall Festival is almost here.  We hope it will be bigger than ever.  Please read the following to see where you can help out.  We will need people to get BBQ Chicken tickets into the community, lots of volunteers, and of course all that “good stuff” donated to our church flea table.  The proceeds will go into our Building Fund. 

·         Sell or Purchase Kauffman BBQ Chicken Tickets. – TICKET SELLERS ARE NEEDED.  We still have a lot of tickets to sell.  Tickets are available from Randy Noll or call him at 610-682-0507.  Tickets are $6.50 for ˝ a chicken., potato, applesauce, roll and butter.  All proceeds will go to the building fund.  Try to sell as many tickets as you can to friends, family, and neighbors.  All money and number of tickets sold must be turned in by September 5^th.   

·         Flea Market/Craft Sale – Spaces are still available for you to sell your yard sale type items and/or crafts.  A space is $15.00.   To reserve your space call Cindy Nowotarski at 610-682-4400.

·         Church flea market table – If you would like to donate items to the church table, please bring your yard sale type items to the church on Wed. Sept. 15^th or Thurs. Sept. 16^th from 6-8 P.M.   Please no clothing, footwear, or furniture.   The toy table is a big hit with our youngest shoppers. 

·         Bake Sale – Our Bake Sale is always a big hit and usually sells out.  We need lots of donated baked items.  Please drop off your baked goods on Friday Sept. 17^th 6-8 P.M. or Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 A.M.  Please talk to Cheryl Bailey at 610-683-8936 if you would like to bake or help at the bake sale table.

·         Lemonade Stand – Families with young children will be hosting a lemonade stand.  To sign up for a time please talk to Lisa Walker.

·         Food Stand – The Food Stand is looking for donations of vegetable soup.  Please see Loretta Flicker or Dorothy Moyer.

·         Volunteers – Volunteers will be needed to price items and set up on the Wed 15^th, Thurs.16^th, & Friday 17^th 6-8 P.M.  Help is also needed to unload vendor's cars on Sat 18^th at 7:00 A.M., and with cleanup at 2 P.M.  Also we need help on Saturday with preparing chicken orders, donation of bake goods, work at bake sale table, and church flea table.  Please sign up on the bulletin board or contact Cindy Nowotarski to sign up.
