The purpose of this committee is to oversee the development and construction of the physical structures of the church.  The committee consists of eight members who are appointed for unlimited terms.  The initial committee members were appointed by our former council/consistory and subsequently have been appointed by the chair.  The committee has developed a master plan for current and future construction and is responsible for architectural matters, as well as, acquiring bids for construction.  Committee members are also involved in projects associated with finishing construction.
