​The Worship & Music Committee’s purpose is to see that spiritually uplifting worship services are conducted which faithfully reflect the historic liturgies of both the Lutheran and United Church of Christ churches, as well as incorporating new liturgical elements and hymns.  Committee duties include: arrangement and maintenance of worship furnishings, arranging for the bulletin covers, flowers, and other worship supplies; supervise the music ministry; training ushers, greeters, and acolytes; assisting in organizing musical groups, musicians, and singers; maintaining the organ, pianos, and other musical equipment; provide the elements for Holy Communion; clean and care for communion ware and linens; and help train worship assistants.  Committee members include the pastor, organist/choir director, committee chairperson, and at least 4 other people.  There are currently no term limits.
