The Building Finance Committee was created to provide guidance on funding the church Master Building Plan and the approved building addition and manage the repayment of the church building commercial mortgage and other private loans. There are five members on the committee with no term limits. The Committee planned, coordinated, and managed each of the Capital Campaigns to provide funds for the building addition project and repayment of the building loans. It also manages the building finance bank and investment accounts; manages the church building commercial mortgage and other private loans; counts, records, deposits, and distributes funds from the weekly offering envelopes; and coordinates funding for any additional projects to complete the remaining interior sections of the building.
